Diane Cluck - Northeast US Tour Dates October 7th - 17th

Greetings Everyone,

The other night my sweetie and I ventured out for a final swim. First night of October, supermoon still spilling gold to silhouette trees and drying flowers of the meadow, glow worms cozed and blinking down in the black grass. The air was chilly, just a quick dip we’d decided, already feeling the shivers-to-be. But what did my eyes see? At the bottom of the hill, where the moon would’ve been mirrored on the water, a field of flat black. The pool had already been covered over for the season!

Isn’t fall just like that? Folds up the picnic blanket of summer and whisks it away. (A liittle ditty to commemorate the transition. Click the speaker icon on the video for sound.)

I can hardly believe it's time to leave home and begin this tour. But here we go! Early shows and plenty of coze. I'm especially looking forward to starting things off in my original hometown with Eli Weaver at Lancaster Farmacy. They put lots of heart and intention into making this beautiful poster from flowers grown and pressed at their farm:

Another wonderful poster design, for Kittery, ME by Ryan Harrison:

Attached to this message is a rendition of the old folk song “Ghost of John” that I recorded last October. It was made possible by my Patreon crew (you can be one, too!) and engineered, mixed & mastered by Curtis Fye. Some say this old tune originated in Europe during the Bubonic Plague. It's also been attributed to Appalachia/Kentucky. Perhaps both are true?

I'll return again soon with news about my new record, House Tears. In the meantime I'm sending out a big thanks to everyone who's been able to contribute to funding its recording--we've reached the goal by 100%+! This page will remain up for a little while longer for anyone who'd like to pre-order a digital copy. dianecluck.info/help-fund-new-album

Wishing you much fall goodness, harvest naps and spells, and time with loved ones under the long amber rays.

With Heart,
Diane
